About Us
Transactive
Management is the name of the practice as well as the underlying
theory upon which our management services are based. Services in
both general management and litigation consulting are based on a
two step process: first defining a common set of principles as success
criteria (general management) or legal standard (litigation); next
conducting the research and analysis necessary to meet these criteria
or standards as the basis for addressing client needs or case issues.
Other distinguishing features of our services
include the following:
- High value -
we limit service offerings to areas where our concepts and methods
are readily applicable and can clearly improve performance as
demonstrated in supporting other clients.
- Reasonable cost
- we offer attractive rates by taking advantage of the lower overhead
costs that go with a small consulting practice.
- Client partnering
- we take advantage of client in-house expertise and capabilities,
which limits costs, promotes client learning, and allows for the
continued use of project solutions.
- Consultant partnering
- we are affiliated with a number of other consultants and consulting
practices, which leverages and enhances service offerings.
- Flexible rates - we
set rates to match the type of work performed, engagement duration,
and for small businesses and start-up companies, are willing to
defer payments or accept "sweat" equity.
- Flexible terms and
conditions - we generally accept client terms and conditions
and client preferences with regard to establishing fees on a fixed
price, retainer, or hourly-rate basis.
